The “Real”tors Behind Meals for Real

Meals for Real is intended to be about “real” food for “real” people who often are really busy. Being busy should not mean that eating becomes a life of fast food. Real healthy is a good thing to shoot for – not overly fanatic – but healthy foods with real ingredients – not fake.

Blog owners, Bob and Carolin Benjamin are Realtors in Arizona. They often find themselves racing about from listing a home for a seller, to developing comps of home sales for a seller, or taking buyers to see homes. And in between they are busy handling the marketing for their listings and doing all the other things that running a busy real estate office entails.

But they try and eat healthy foods – “real” foods – as much as possible. And they try and find recipes that will allow this to happen without taking a lot of time.

They think a lot of other people are like them, bizee, bizee, but still trying the best they can to eat healthy foods – real foods.

With the Internet available to everyone, creating this blog – Meals for Real – seems a good way for Bob and Carolin to share their recipes and food related ideas to you.

Drop by often and visit. Something new will be added often. If you have a terrific recipe to share, send us an e-mail and let us know about about you and your recipe. From time to time we will offer a guest blogger recipe.
